The Bright Side of Life

SHARE:

Happy Friday, folks. Just in time for the weekend, the sun is popping out from behind those clouds.

Here are a few tidbits to help the sun shine even brighter in your world:

1. We may be late to the game on this, but in case you missed it: Meet Paco, the barking Chihuahua that foiled a robbery at his owner's shop last week. Want your own furry security system? We think we can help you out.

2. Go Oregon! Oregon is proud to be home to Naomi Shah (Beaverton), one of three top winners at the International Google Science Fair, which drew more than 7,500 participants from 90 countries.

3. Loyalty pays off. Flavia Sherwood has been a fan of both NASCAR and the Ducks for quite some time. Now, the 106-year old is being honored at a Universtiy of Oregon Race Care Simulator display at this weekend's NASCAR race.
