Happy Monday! After a taste of summer this weekend, it's back to gray skies. But don't be sad - the rest of this week should be better.

State workers have agreed to a tentative contract that will require them to pay for 5 percent of their health care costs, with lower paid workers getting a monthly subsidy to offset their costs.

Rep. David Wu says he will not resign, although he won't seek reelection. Meanwhile, Blue Oregon has more on the incident in Roseburg where tea party members disrupted a picnic potluck attended by MoveOn members.
